Forest School
Education is not just about lessons within the four walls of a classroom - children learn so much more from hands on experiences which is why outdoor learning is in the heart of our school.
Learning outdoors can be creative, challenging and adventurous and helps children learn by experience and grow as confident, resilient and risk taking individuals.
Since we launched Forest School in September 2021our children will be gaining skills such as woodcraft, planting, fire building and cooking.
Sessions are run every Thursday by Beverley Oliver from Creative Curiosity. All year groups take part on a rota system giving access to extra-curricular activities on Outdoor Learning.
