Complaints, worries or concerns
Despite our best efforts, we won’t always get everything right. Occasionally we will make a mistake or something will go wrong.
Please let us know at the earliest opportunity. We will always do our best to correct a mistake or address your concerns. Most of the time, the best person to speak to will be your child’s class teacher. If they cannot help, please speak to one of our Assistant Heads Mrs Taylor or Mr Walker. If they cannot resolve things to your satisfaction then please arrange an appointment to speak to the Headteacher Miss Ryan.

We are always happy to talk to you about anything regarding your child’s education. If you have a question or query please don’t hesitate to get in touch using one of the means below. If a teacher or member of staff cannot speak to you straight away they will always get back to you as soon as they can.
